Once you've taken the step to contact us, we will set up a time to have a consultation. Yay! This is the exciting part. Introductions will occur and before you know it, dreams of an excellent vacation will start becoming a reality. 

Don't worry, You won't need to prepare for this meeting. We will go over your trip desires. Some people know exactly what they want and are ready for price quotes and others just know they want a cruise. The what and where they like us to help them with. 

Regardless of which client you are, we will ask the same questions. By the end of the first consultation, we will know the dates that you want to travel, your budget, your expectations for the cruise (likes, dislikes, family size, previous cruise experience, ect.) and narrowed down to 1 or 2 cruise lines. 

We will follow up with a second consultation and go over 3 quotes/options that we have created. We will immediately narrow the list to two options and if the you are able to narrow down to one and are ready to book then they will send over all documents required in order to make the booking!

A third consultation may be required to answer any additional questions before proceeding to booking.
